The UNYOM Medal is a United Nations Award.
UNYOM is the abbreviation for the United Nations Yemen Observation Mission, peace operations in Yemen in 1964.
As usual, the United Nations Secretary-General founded one of the United Nations Peace Missions for the participants. This bronze medal is awarded to soldiers and police officers. Dutch participants were eligible for the United Nations Peacekeeping Medal Memorial.
The ribbon has a tan in the color of the United Nations flag and gray and brown jobs.
