Sergei Zjukin (Tallinn, January 19, 1972) is an Estonian schaker and former champion of Estonia. His FIDE rating was 2359 in 2005 and is 2302 in 2016. He has been an International Master (IM) since 2000.
In 1989 Sergei Zjukin completed his school term in Tallinn, in 2001 he graduated from Tallinn University of Technology with a degree in chemistry and materials science. Chess career
For four consecutive years (1987-1990), Zjukin won the Estonian championship for schoolchildren.
He won Estonia's skate championship in 1996 and became third in 2000.

Since 2004, he has worked as a chess coach in Tallinn's Tinu Truusa Chess Club and Chess Club Lasnamäe Noorte (Lasnamäe Gymnasium).
In May 2005 he participated in the tournament for the championship of Estonia, which was lost in Tallinn. He finished with 3 out of 9 in seventh place.
