The Vlijmens Ven is a nature reserve south of Vlijmen in the Dutch province of North Brabant. The low-lying area was formerly used as a drainage area for the water flowing from the southern-facing deck sand ridge. Through this area runs the Vlijmens Vense Hoofdloop which matches the Bossche Sloot. There are a large number of locks on the Vlijmens Vense Hoofdloop.
The area consists of hay and pastures and nature areas managed by the Nature Conservation Association.
Although the area of desiccation has suffered, there is a lot of trouble. Due to the removal of the building fore, wet and food-poor conditions with associated rare plant growth can therefore arise. Breeding birds are buzzard and hawk, and the tie is still in this area.
