How The Grinch Chairs Christmas! is an American animation film from 1966, directed by Chuck Jones and based on the same-name book of Dr. Seuss. The film was meant to be television special at CBS and has become one of the most popular and most often featured Christmas movies in the US. The film is largely told and sung by Boris Karloff. Story

The Grinch is a creature hate Christmas. Because he hates the party so hard, he decides to cheer himself as Santa and steal Christmas. He goes to the nearby village and steals all presents, Christmas trees and decorations in the hope that everyone will be unhappy. To his surprise, everyone is as happy as before. The villagers sing with joyful Christmas presents and prove that the spirit of Christmas is far more than just material matters.
