Hugh Jackson was a professional golfer from Northern Ireland. He now teaches at the Donabate Golf Club.
Jackson played international tournaments from 1960 - 1978, so he also saw the first years of the European PGA Tour. He became champion of Ireland in 1970, and was Ulster Champion in 1963, 1968, 1969, 1970, 1971 and 1972.
Jackson has also designed some golf courses, such as the Mount Ober Golf Club (1985, 18 holes, par 67) outside Belfast.
