Victor Maximiliaan de Miranda (Paramaribo, June 19, 1914 - September 9, 2003) was a Surinamese politician and bank president.
The Miranda was government accredited until he became Minister of Public Works and Traffic in 1958 in the Cabinet under the leadership of Prime Minister S.D. Emanuels. He was the only minister in that cabinet who was not bound by a political party. In 1963, at the end of the Cabinet, he was appointed president of the Central Bank of Suriname. He followed the Dutch lawyer R.W. Groenman who had been president since the founding of this bank in 1957. In 1980, De Miranda retired and succeeded as President of the Bank by former Deputy J. Sedney.
