Louis "Weed" Johannus Cornelis Gerardus Verschure (Amsterdam, July 31, 1924 - Zutphen, February 2, 2009) was Zutphen's District Governor from 1970 to 1978 and held various other executive functions.
Political careerVerschure was from 1962 to 1983 councilor of the municipality of Zutphen, where he felt very involved.
