Barry Wayne Van Dyke (Atlanta, July 31, 1951) is an American actor.
Van Dyke is son of actor Dick Van Dyke and Margie Willett. He made his television debut in 1962 in a program by his father, The Dick Van Dyke Show. He became known in the Netherlands by his role as detective Steve Sloan, son of Dr. Mark Sloan (played by his father) in Diagnosis Murder (1993-2001). A number of episodes of this series were written by Van Dyke himself. In Murder 101, broadcast since 2006 by Hallmark Channel, he is playing next to his father. Besides, Barry's sons Shane and Carey also played in this series.
