The Gaykingaborg, also called Huis ter Borgh, was the oldest of the two Warfhuister sponsors. He was probably built at the end of the 13th century, but the first mention of a resident, Popeken for Borg, dates back to 1379. The Ter Borghs were heads and judges during the 15th and early 16th century. In 1663 the deposit was taken by the Roman Catholic family Entens. The last mentioned resident was a Mrs Sickinge in 1717. Not long after, the deposit has to be canceled. By that time, he was already overwhelmed by Lulemaorg. Today there is a farm called Ter Borgh on the site of the building.
