Ideal Measure was a dating program on the commercial Flemish television channel VT4 halfway through the 90's. It was presented by Joyce De Troch and Thomas Siffer.
The program was a Flemish version of Singled Out dating show, which was presented at MTV by Chris Hardwick and Jenny McCarthy during that time. Each episode consisted of two parts, one in which a group of men fought for a date with one woman and one where a group of women played for a date with one man. That one man and woman were shielded and had no view of the other participants. Through questions and assignments, those other participants fell off until someone left.
