The Poets from Epibreren was a company consisting of two poets (Bart FM Dry and Tjitse Hofman) and a musician Jan Klug. Between 1994 and 2011, they performed at countless stages and festivals at home and abroad with a unique mix of poetry, music and image editing. In addition, they were publishers of an online poetry cant: Rottend Steel.
On November 23, 2003, Johnny van Doornprijs was awarded to them.
The group actually came from Groningen. 'Epibreren' is the name of a fictional wadden island in this connection.
