Bosch Family Crest
Bosch (also: Bosch van Oud Amelisweerd and Bosch van Drakestein) is the name of a noble family from the city of Utrecht.
The oldest ancestor of the genus is Jacobus Bosch who lived in Utrecht in the second half of the 17th century; Little is known about him. His son Hendrick worked as a fur worker and burner, laying the foundation for the economic and social success of his descendants. In the 19th century, the family acquired the noble predicate jonkheer / virgin.
