A plush plumber (sometimes called politicians) is someone accused of attaching too much to a particular position.
It is a denigrating term commonly used for the dominant position of a politician or driver who is claimed to remain in his pleasant position for too long. This is as if the person poses his own interest to the public interest. To avoid this, the statutes include maximum periods for administrative functions or refer to existing codes in which they are included. An example of this is the Cultural Governance Code for the cultural sector.
