Hrvoje Horvat (Bjelovar, 22 May 1946) is a former Croatian handball player. He participated twice in the Olympic Games, where he represented the Yugoslavian handball team.
At the 1972 Olympic Games in Munich, he won the gold medal with Yugoslavia after being defeated in the Czechoslovakian final. Horvat played six games and scored fifteen goals.
Four years later, he finished fifth with Yugoslavia at the 1976 Olympic Games in Montreal. Horvat also played six games here and scored fifteen goals.
In 2005 he became coach of the German handball team HSC 2000 Coburg.
His nickname is Cveba, the Croatian word for raisin.
