Céline Garcia (...) is a screenwriter, writer, comic book and French designer.
He worked on several projects along with her husband Patrice Garcia including various comic books such as Allande, Les Fils de la Nuit and Le Chant des étoiles all of Fantasy for Kids.
He created and developed the idea for a narrative project, the Arthur and Minimei series. The idea was offered to director Luc Besson who initially wanted to make an animated series, but then extended the project to a cycle of three films and a series of novels.
The first film, Arthur and the Minimei People, was premiered at theaters in 2006, and despite the success of the film being limited to France, the United States and Germany, the revenue seemed sufficient for the work of the two followers : Arthur and the Revenge of Maltazard (2009) and Arthur and the War of the Two Worlds (2010).
