Palestinian Media Watch

The Palestinian Media Watch is an Israeli organization that critically monitors Palestinian media and school books.

Many Palestinian media appear to glorify violence against Israel, also called for hatred against Jews. Because this happens in Arabic, this is often noticed in the Western world. Palestinian Media Watch translates various programs and places them on her website. Because Palestinian media are largely paid from European money, Palestinian Media Watch urges the European Union to raise this issue with the Palestinian Authority. However, after 2013, condemned Palestinian terrorists in Israeli prisons still receive PA salary from the budget for assistance intended for family support. On the West Bank, calls for hate against Jews have also actually been reduced in recent years.

The organization is partially funded by the Michael Cherney Foundation.

In turn, Palestinian Media Watch is being viewed with argus eyes by Palestinian organizations. After lobbying, the organization's YouTube channel will be removed in December 2010. There was so much protest that the channel was opened a few weeks later. a · Faroe Islands · Finland · France · Georgia · Ghana · Greece · Honduras · Ireland · Israel · Italy · Côte d'Ivoire · Jamaica · Japan · Cameroon · Kazakhstan · Croatia · Lithuania · Macedonia · Mexico · Moldova · New Zealand · Northern Ireland · Norway · Ukraine · Austria · Panama · Poland · Portugal · Qatar · Romania · Russia · Scotland · Slovenia · Spain · Czech Republic · United States · Wales · South Africa · South Korea · Sweden Contests in detail
