The Paul Steenbergen Penny is a stage separation set on April 12, 1982 by the municipality of The Hague in honor of Paul Steenbergen. The recipient of the money may pass it on a self-chosen time to a self-chosen actor.
In 1985/86, Steenbergen paid the money to Guido de Moor, a Dutch actor who also made a lot of television productions. The Moor gave the money in 1989 to Willem Nijholt, who held the money until 2002. Then he gave the penny to Pierre Bokma. This one, already owned by Albert van Dalsumring, kept the money considerably shorter, because he gave him to Jacob Derwig in 2008.
