Dowlatram (Ram) Ramlal (Nickerie (Suriname), April 2, 1951) is a former Dutch CDA politician.
Ramlal is a Hague Surinamer who was the first non-Christian member of parliament for the CDA in 1992 as Hindu. He was also the first Dutchman of Surinam's descent in the Lower House and previously the first migrant in the Hague municipal council. He worked in The Hague in the field of social work, especially among drug addicts, and became a councilor of social services, welfare and health care in 1989. In the Lower House, he was spokesman for public housing and minority policy. Attending as a member of the Chamber led the CDA to discuss the Christian nature of the party. In 1994 he was no longer in an eligible place.
