Muḥammad ibn Khafāja (in Arabic: محمد بن خفاجة; ... - Palermo, May 27, 871) was a Sicilian emir.
Son of Khafāja b. Sufyān b. Sawāda distinguished himself before his father's death in several fights against the Byzantines in eastern Sicily, especially against Siracusa. He came to power in 869; in 870 a Muslim expedition to aid the Islamic Garrison of Malta fought a Byzantine fleet trying to resume the island.
