YVP Music is a German record label for jazz. The label was founded in 1984 by the publisher and producer York v. Prittwitz. It focuses mainly on European musicians and young artists. It has two sublabels, DEMON Records and ART-PUR (for contemporary jazz). Since its inception, the label has released about 180 own productions (2011). In addition, YVP Music distributes the Italian label Splasc (h). Musicians released by YVP include Enrico Pieranunzi (twelve albums), Gijs Hendriks, Rick Hollander, Klaus Wagenleiter, Martin Schrack, Hans-Peter Salentin, Rainer Pusch (Horace Parlan), Maurice Magnoni, Joe Kienemann, Riccardo Fassi , Francesco D'Errico and Carlos Actis Date.
