Joel Sjöholm (Santiago, February 21, 1985) is a Swedish golfer. He was born as Chile but was adopted by a Swedish couple after three months.
When he was three years he was taken to his golf club by his parents, and since that first visit, golf was his passion. He studied sociology at the University of Georgia.
Back in Europe he played on the Challenge Tour. He lost a season due to problems in his back, but in 2010 he finished number 11 on the Order of Merit and promoted to the European PGA Tour.
Like Thomas Bjørn, he has a holiday home on the island of Skaftö.
