Amalia van Nassau-Dietz (The Hague, November 25, 1655 - Allstedt, February 16, 1695) was the daughter of Willem Frederik of Nassau-Dietz and Albertine Agnes of Nassau.

On January 9, 1656, she was baptized in the Kloosterkerk at Lange Voorhout in The Hague.

Amalia married 28 September 1690 at the Landgoed Oranjewoud, bought in 1676 by her mother, with Duke Johan Willem III of Saxony-Eisenach (1666-1729). On the same estate, Amalia celebrated one year later of the only child she and the duke would have: Willem Hendrik of Saxony-Eisenach (1691-1741), who would succeed his father as Saksen-Eisenach's ruler. When Amalia of Nassau-Dietz died at Allstedt in Saxony, she was only thirty-nine years old. After her death, Duke Wilhelm Willem would still be married again three times.
