Neglected narratives


Missed tales (Unfinished Tales) is a fantasy book with a wide variety of texts from J.R.R. Tolkien about the Middle Earth fantasy world, compiled posthumously and commented by his son Christopher Tolkien. The book was published in 1980 and was the direct reason for compiling The History of Middle-Earth series.

After The Silmarillion published in 1977, Christopher Tolkien decided to compile another book from his father's texts. He chose this time for a number of subjects that are unrelated to each other, but what the Tolkiens world lovers would like to know more.
