Feniks-Iljitsjovets is a former Ukrainian football club from Kalinino in Crimea.
The club was founded in 2000 and played Yunist Stadium, which offers 1050 spectators. In 2007, the club became second in the Droeha Liha C and promoted to Persja Liha. The highest ranking in 2009 was thirteenth. In 2010, the Feniks-Illitsjivets Kalinine got into financial problems and the club pulled back from the competition in early 2011 and went bankrupt. In December 2010, attempted to re-launch as FK Zjemtsjuzjina, but the Ukrainian Football Association did not allow it.
