Roger Luque (Ciudad Ojeda, January 8, 1980) is a Venezuelan baseball player. Career

Luque, a left-handed pitcher, has been a professional baseball player since his seventeen. After he had conquered Venezuela in his youth, he played in the United States where he worked for various clubs in the minor league (up to double level) between 1997 and 2008 as well as in the Independent Leagues. In addition, he is off-season in South America in the Panamanian Winter League. Europe

In the 2010 season, he signed a contract with HCAW from Bussum and will debut in the Dutch main class after the playoffs in Panama in the Winter League. After Oscar Montero and Dirimo Chávez, he will be the third Venezuelan who comes out for HCAW. National team

Since 2006, Luque has been part of Venezuela's national baseball team. During the 2009 World Championships in the Netherlands he was drafted as pitcher.
