Stiphoutsemolen

The Stiphoutsemolen was a round stone mill located at the Gerwenseweg in Stiphout in the municipality of Helmond, province of North Brabant, serving as a grain mill. It was a belt mill.

This mill built in 1906 was the successor to a much older standard mill, burned on August 6, 1905, located on the north side of the Gerwenseweg. The Stiphoutsemolen stone, on the other hand, was located on the south side of this road, where there is now a building materials trade. From 1936 to 1937 the mill was unloaded, after which the hull was still part of the business buildings that appeared there. In October 1998 the hull was also demolished. External source
