Cemetery of Préseau

The Préseau Cemetery is a municipal cemetery in the French municipality of Préseau in the Northern Ministry. The cemetery is on the southern edge of the village center, just west of the Eglise Sainte-Aldegonde. British war graves

The grave of two British soldiers who died in the First World War is located in the cemetery. Unlike most British slaves, they do not rest under a typical British war grave with white tombstone, but underneath in private grave with deviant memorial church. The registers of the Commonwealth War Graves Commission contain the cemetery as Preseau Communal Cemetery. Just next to the civil cemetery is a separate British military cemetery, the Preseau Communal Cemetery Extension. 50° 18′ 28″ NB, 3° 34′ 23″ OL
