The Historical Association of Vleuten, De Meern, Haarzuilens & amp; Leidsche Rijn was founded in 1981 and aims to keep the history of Vleuten, De Meern, Haarzuilens and Leidsche Rijn alive. The association issues a quarterly periodical period called 'Leidsche Rijn & amp; Vleutensche Wetering '. In addition, the association organizes courses, excursions and lectures and gives guided tours to locations such as De Hoge Woerd.
