Scorpaenichthys marmoratus is a kind of thunderpad from the same family. It is the only species of the genus Scorpaenichthys (monotypical gender). This seafront is located on the Pacific coasts in North America from southeast Alaska to northern Mexico where he lives at a depth of up to 200 m on rocky and sandy seabed trees that are covered with weeds (kelp). The Spanish and American name is Cabezone (Cabezón with a big head, also used as a bad word, something like stiff head).
