Teun Castelein (Roelofarendsveen, April 28, 1980) is a Dutch artist. In 2006, he gained popularity with the Artvertising project, a spatial interpretation of The Million Dollar Homepage, an internet project from Alex Tew 2005. For Artvertising, Castelein sold the facade of the Sandberg Institute in Amsterdam as an advertising space. The project initially started as a joke, but after being published on a website, it took over thousands of blogs all over the world, after which the project had to be realized. In 2008 Teun Castelein sold flags for the opening of the Graphic Design Museum in Breda. Local media and graphic arts companies were able to purchase flags that were confirmed on the facade of the museum for a period of several months. Projects
