G.J. (Bert) Kuiper (Arnhem, February 2, 1946) is a Dutch politician of the CDA.
He has been educated at the uts (forerunner of the MTS) and has been working for road construction for ten years. In 1980 he became an elder of culture, recreation, sports and youth in his native Arnhem, and in addition he continued to lead the company established by the quality control of asphalt roads. At the end of 1985, Kuiper became Mayor of Muiden, and from October 1990 he was the mayor of Skarsterlân, which he stayed until his retirement in early 2011.
