Simon de Wijs (Schiedam, January 20, 1974) is a professional Dutch bridge player.
Simon de Wijs has been the permanent partner of Bauke Muller since 2001. They qualified for the Dutch team in 2002 and have since been more or less a permanent choice. He won five country titles with B.C. 't Onstein, three with B.C. De Lombard and one with B.C. Crash. The international successes are: first place Open EK 2005, third place Open EK 2007, third place at the 2007 World Cup, first place Open 2009 and first place Champions' Cup 2010. The crown of their work was set in 2011 where they met Dutch team won the Bermuda Bowl at the world championship held in Veldhoven.
In his youth De Wise was also a chess player. In 1988 he won the category C (up to 14 years) at the Open Dutch Youth Challenge Championships.
