The UEFA Super Cup 1973 consisted of two football matches played under the UEFA Super Cup. The matches took place between the winner of the Europacup I 1972/73, AFC Ajax, and the winner of the Europacup II 1972/73, AC Milan, January 9 and January 16, 1974.
The first game was played in San Siro and ended in a 1-0 win for Milan. Later, the second match, at the Olympic Stadium, ended in a 6-0 victory for Ajax. Ajax pulled the second European Supercup from the club's history.
