Roderick Hietbrink (Gorssel, 1975) is a Dutch artist. He graduated from the Sint-Joost Academy of Fine Arts in Breda in 1999 and then followed a master's degree at the Piet Zwart Institute in Rotterdam. In 2011 and '12 he worked as an artist in residence at the Rijksakademie van beeldende kunsten in Amsterdam.
Hietbrink mainly works with video installations, performance and staged photography.
Roderick Hietbrink exhibited at the Stedelijk Museum in Amsterdam, Museum Boijmans van Beuningen in Rotterdam and De Appel Amsterdam. In 2013, the Stedelijk Museum acquired the work The Living Room that was shown to the museum public during the same year in the changing collection presentation.
