The French Otten Stadium is a sports complex in Amsterdam. location

The complex is located in Sportpark Zuid on the IJsbaan road near the Olympic Stadium in Amsterdam-Zuid. The area with the building and the adjacent jobs and fields is known as Tenniseiland. In the immediate vicinity there are other sports facilities such as the Sports Hall South. Stadium and amenities

The building was designed and built in 2004 by the Royal Haskoning Architects to replace the old Frans Otten Stadium which was located on the Amstelveenseweg. The stadium has 20 squash courts and a center court. Outside there are 16 tennis courts and there are 6 indoor courts. There is also a gym, there is a café-restaurant and some rooms. The complex is named after former Philips chairman Frans Otten. 52° 20′ 24″ NB, 4° 51′ 3″ OL
