Karen Dianne Baldwin


Karen Dianne Baldwin (London, September 6, 1963) is a Canadian model, elected in the Miss Universe 1982.

In 1982 the model won first Miss Canada and later Miss Universe, becoming the first Canadian woman to obtain the title (later will also get Natalie Glebova in 2005).

After the year of reign, Karen Baldwin has condenced The New You, a Canadian fashion program. In 1989 he conducted the Miss Universe edition, held in Cancun, Mexico. After staring in a small role in 1987's movie Who's That Girl with Madonna, Baldwin has embarked on a career as a filmmaker, producing, among others, Love at 13, Raised by Heaven, Ray and Sahara .
