James Swann

James Edward Swann Jr. (1964) is an American serial killer who killed four people in 1993 at thirteen-fourteen of his car with a shotgun and injured five. He is also known as the Shotgun Stalker.

At least Swann drove slowly next to his victim in Washington before he shot it away and drove it away. As far as known, he completely killed randomly unknown people. On April 19, 1993, an end to Swann's attack came through the police picking him up. An agent who had no service saw a man crossing a red traffic light that complied with Swann's signature. He challenged him and hit a shotgun in his car, whose walk was still hot.

Swann was declared inaccessible at his trial in 1994. Instead of imprisonment, he was convicted of admission to the psychiatric department of St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Washington. Random in Washington

Washington was not only in Swann's time in the run of a randomly killing shooter. In 2002, the city was reoccupied by John Allen Muhammad and John Lee Malvo.
