Kamber

According to Geoffrey of Monmouth, Kamber was a mythological king of Cambria (Wales). He was the son of Brutus van Troje, and through that line descendant of Aeneas van Troje. When Brutus died, Kamber ruled over the land named after him, Cambria. Roughly, this area corresponds to the current Wales, and the name Cambria is still used in Welsh literature and journalism.

Kamber helped his brother Locrinus fight Humber, the King of the Huns. This battle was a vengeance for the killing of Kamber and Locrinus' younger brother Albanactus.
