Gastronomic writer, who was active in the second half of the 5th century BC, knowing Sicilian cuisine in Greece: he worked in Sparta and Athens.
He was the author of a Cooking Manual, essentially consisting of a collection of recipes, cited by Ateneo di Naucrati; we do not know if the Sicilian Gastronomy Manual, also quoted by the University, is a different work.
