The shy Stéphane returns to Paris, to the apartment complex where he grew up. His mother helps him to work as a graphic worker, but it appears to be very boring tasks. He is also difficult to deal with his colleagues. He meets his neighbor Stéphanie and falls in love with her.
As a child, Stéphane often had lucid dreams, and he could dream and really disagree. This problem is now reappearing. Also, dream and reality often appear to be unnoticed and Stéphane begins to show paranoid behavior.
