Weltevreden is a chalet-style country house in the Dutch town of Berlicum. The villa was built in 1909 and was originally intended as a family house for the notary's family Mr. E.F.D. of Man. It served as a hotel restaurant in the 1950s and 1970s. Since 1974 Weltevreden has been used as a residence and office location of JurisConsult. The country house is placed on the municipal monument list of the municipality of Sint-Michielsgestel due to the architectural, aesthetic and planological value of the building.
