Anna is Montenegro Anna Petrović-Njegoš (Serbian: Ана Петровић-Његош), (Cetinje, Montenegro, 18th August 1874 - Montreux, April 22, 1971), Princess of Montenegro, was the daughter of Nicolaas I of Montenegro and his wife Milena Vukotić.
Princess Anna came from a family with twelve children. Because of her father's marriage policy, Anna was related to Peter I of Yugoslavia, Nicolaas I of Russia, Maximilian of Leuchtenberg, Adolf Frederik V of Mecklenburg-Strelitz and Victor Emanuel III of Italy.
She herself married on 19 May 1897 with Prince Frans Jozef van Battenberg, son of Prince Alexander van Hessen and Countess Julia Hauke. Their marriage remained childless. Anna and Frans Joseph were buried in Schaffhausen, Switzerland, in the graveyard 'Waldfriedhof'.
