Christa of Prussia


Christa Frederic Alexandrine Victoria of Prussia (Castle Klein-Obisch, 31 October 1936), is a princess of the German royal house Hohenzollern. From birth, she carries the title Prinzessin von Preußen (Princess of Prussia). Christa van Prussia is a great granddaughter of the last German Emperor Wilhelm II. Her parents are Prince Wilhelm of Prussia and Dorothea of ​​Salviati.

On March 24, 1960, she married Peter Liebes (Peter Paul Eduard Maria Clemens Maximilian Franz of Assis-Liebes), which resulted from the morganic marriage between Martin Liebes and Countess Clementine of Montegela. Peter Liebes died on May 5, 1967 in Wallscheid, Germany. At his death, they did not have children. After her marriage with Peter Liebes, Christa van Prussia has not been remarried, and she has always remained childless.

In 2006, Christa appeared with her older sister Felicitas in a documentary about her family, entitled Kaiser, König, Bürger (Emperor, King, Burgers), in which they walked together with her grandparents' house, Castle Cecilienhof in Potsdam.
