Unique perceived benefit


Unique perceived benefit (UPB) (freely translated: Unique Benefits) is essentially a customer-oriented product offering, looking at a product from the customer. Against the unique perceived benefit, the unique selling proposition (USP), largely formulated from the seller's perspective, is based on the features of the product. Instead of looking at the product from the seller's point of view, the unique perceived benefit looks at the need from the customer's point of view.
