Anglo-Dutch Reliability Trial

The Anglo-Dutch Reliability Trial is a four-day reliability test for classic motorcycles originally set up by the British and Dutch motor industry to demonstrate the reliability of motorcycles.

Especially the British had an interest, because the engine blocks used in the Netherlands were almost exclusively of British origin. The first trip was passed in 1912, the second in 1913 and then the First World War ended for the time being.

Only in 1989 was the ride restored. The ride takes place every two years in the Netherlands and England and is open to motorcycles from before 1915, also from other countries. Also called the Anglo-Dutch Trial.
