A questionnaire is a possible part of a meeting where each of the attendants is given the opportunity to notice, share, or resume remaining questions to the attendees.

Even though the agenda item 'The questionnaire' is called, this does not mean that questions can only be asked. The question question arises from: "The chairman asks in the round" whether there are still things that the participants still want to lose.

At a meeting, it is usual to place the query on the agenda as the last point (or sometimes the first point). The chairman of the meeting then gives one word to the attendees the word so that the person present can ask his or her questions on topics that are not explicitly on the agenda or can not be discussed under another item.
