Who is the Manager? is a Dutch television program on RTL 4 in which three amateur cooks and a professional chef cook for each other. The amateur chefs need to find out who the professional chef is. The chef tries to conceal this and the amateur chefs try to pretend to be the chef. In the first season, the viewer showed who is the professional chef and also looked at how the chef tried to hide his true identity, for example by making mistakes. From the season after, the viewer is not known who is the professional chef. Season 1 was presented by Martijn Krabbé. The new season is presented by Rick Brandsteder.
On Monday to Thursday, the group is eating at one of the cooks. On Friday, participants can vote for the one who thinks they are the chef. On this day, it is also known who is the chef. For the participants who have appointed the true chef, there is a price in the form of a dinner check. The participant who is best regarded by the chef may cook with the chef in his restaurant and invite a few friends for a dinner.
