Geraint Anderson

Geraint Anderson (1972, Notting Hill, London) is an analyst banker who became the whistleblower of the London City. Anderson, after a life like hippie, was taken over by his brother Hugh into the banking world. He became an analyst of utilities and made a comet-like career in which he worked for Société Générale, Commerzbank and Dresdner Kleinwort and learned the banking world. At the end of 2006, he began writing for the free newspaper Thelondonpaper under the hiding name Citiboy Columns, in which he opened a booklet about the practices that took place in the banking world, such as spreading rumors, insider knowledge and shortages for bankruptcy. He resigned in 2008. About his experiences he wrote the book Cityboy: Beer And Loathing In The Square Mile.
