The Arnhem Mixed Hockey Club (AMHC) Upward is a Dutch hockey club from Arnhem.
Upward was founded on October 1, 1923, and plays at Sportpark De Bakenberg, where the association has a sandfield and three waterfalls. One of the three waterfalls is an Olympic Field characterized by the blue color. AMHC Upward is one of the training clubs of the Orange Men and the Orange Ladies, who spend most of their time at Papendal. Due to the presence of these two Dutch top teams, there are also various international games played on Upward. The club nights are green and black. Both the first men and women team will be in the 2012/13 season in the First Class. Until the end of the 80's, the first women's team came out in the main class for years.
