Koosje van Voorn (Groningen, January 15, 1935) is a former Dutch swimmer.
During the 1952 Olympics, she was part of the team team on the 4x100m Freestyle Women, together with Marie-Louise Vaessen, Hannie Termeulen and Irma Schuhmacher. The fourth scored the silver medal with a time of 4: 29.0, behind the Hungarian team who established a new world record in this match.
Van Forn was eliminated in the semi-final on the individual 100m freestyle, in which she became fifth.
In her active time, she was affiliated with DZN (Ladies Swimming Club Noorderbad, founded in 1934) in Groningen.
